Application

Seeds are separated from the pulp in a method that preserves their structure and wholeness. The seeds are dried in a chamber with forced ventilation at 30-40?? with constant stirring.

Purees are made of frozen berries (buckthorn, clusterberry, bog blueberry, cranberry, etc.) which have been defrosted (at up to 60?). Afterwards, the berries are ground in grinding machines. The obtained fine-dispersed puree gets sterilized and packed.
