Since September 13, 2019, SAVA has been a member of the lean manufacturing program. The lean manufacturing system is a production paradigm for the implementation of innovative methods of enterprise management, increasing production efficiency, personnel development and eliminating any types of losses.
The system was implemented at the end of the 20th century by Japanese engineers. Initially, it was used only at Toyota, Honda, etc. car factories. The goal was to reduce non-value-added activities throughout the product lifecycle.
The SAVA company adapts the lean production system based on its main principles. We identify the value of a product from a consumer's point of view. We determine the most effective actions to improve production processes. We reduce losses.
