The SAVA company took part for the first time in the Modern Bakery 2019 exhibition.
The exhibition was held in Moscow from 12 to 15 March 2019 at the Expocentre.
Modern Bakery 2019 is a B2B exhibition on the bakery market, bakeries, and manufacturers of various flour products.
Within the framework of the exhibition, a large number of meetings with partners and potential clients took place, and the "SAVA" company also held a master class "From classics to uniqueness in your baking". At this master class, the company's chefs and technologists presented fillers for baking. Fillers based on pine nuts: "Condensed pine nut milk" and "Condensed milk with pine nuts" became a real discovery for the exhibitors.
